The use of correct abbreviations, road numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is essential for timely delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrect shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or received incorrectly at the time of purchase.

When will my order be processed?
We process positions from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3 working days from the order date and are dispatched the day after the order has been processed. Please note: we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?
After you have placed your order, it will take 1 to 3 working days for processing. On average, delivery takes between 5 and 12 business days.
